1- The modernity of the website

One of the most common reasons why a website is not indexed is because it is new, meaning it was created or published recently. For example, if you created a website yesterday, don't expect it to appear on search results pages today.

5- The website does not follow the webmaster guidelines

For a website's pages to appear in search results, they must meet the Webmaster Guidelines. If a page doesn't follow the Webmaster Guidelines, it likely won't appear in search results.

Failure of pages to follow webmaster guidelines may be the reason. not be indexed or appear in Google search results.

The more pages follow webmaster guidelines, the greater their chances of being indexed and appearing in search results.

6-The website has been hacked and or modified

Sometimes hackers target websites with malware or unwanted programs, which in this case requires strict measures from Google Search to protect users from them. This can – in most cases – lead to a manual procedure or security issues on the website, which prevents it from being archived in the search engine.

Make sure your website isn't penalized by manual action or has security issues that prevent its pages from being indexed by Google.

7- Content of the old website

Sometimes the admin buys a sanctioned website with manual action due to previous content issues, resulting in it not being indexed in Google Search.

If you purchase a website and find that it is plagued by manual action, security issues, or issues with outdated content, you should ensure that all content-related issues are resolved and submit a reconsideration request. 

Once the issues are resolved and the reconsideration request is approved, the website pages will have the opportunity to be indexed again in the search engine.

8- The website was recently moved

Moving a website is considered a major change, which can have a temporary negative impact if the move is done wisely, while the website may lose its indexing.
There are two types of transport:

A- Transfer the website without changing the address.
B- Move the website and change the address.

Moving a website in a disorganized manner is the main reason why a website's pages are not indexed because Google considers it a new website.
If you ever plan to move your website, make sure you move it wisely.

9- The website was deleted with the removal tool

The email adds an untrusted search engine optimization expert as a supervisor in Search Console and gives him full powers. For some reason, the website expert removes some of its pages from the search results using the removal tool and without the website's knowledge.

Or other times, the webmaster uses the removal tool inaccurately, resulting in the deleted pages not being indexed.
